CLARIFICATION STATEMENT
It has come to the Company’s attention that Welltec Industrial Equipment Limited（華大機械設備有限公司）has made an unauthorized use of the registered office address and business address of the Company (the “Address”) to enter into a legally binding contract with its client.
We solemnly clarify that:
- the Company and any of its subsidiaries or affiliated companies have no any relationships with the abovementioned company; and disclaim any liability whatsoever for any loss howsoever arising from any contracts entered into by the abovementioned company; and
- the Address of the Company is solely used for the business operation of the Company and its subsidiaries, and is not associated with the abovementioned company.
The Company is deeply concerned about this matter and reserve all rights to pursue legal action to protect the Company’s rights and uphold the reputation.
